Incorrect items, items damaged upon delivery, defective items
For items that are incorrect, damaged on deliver or defective, we will provide a full refund and a return shipping to return the items. To receive this refund, please notify us of any issues within 14 days of delivery.
Returns for other reasons
If you would like to return items for any other reason, you may do so with the following conditions. You will need to pay for return shipping or bring the items to our retail store.
If the item is unopened, you will receive a full refund minus the original shipping charge.
If the item is opened and in sellable condition, you will receive a full refund minus the original shipping charge and a 10% restocking fee. Alternatively, we may be able to offer a store credit towards purchasing an alternate item. Please contact us to discuss.
If the item is opened and not in sellable condition, we will not be able to offer a refund.
